Tarot Foundations

Service Description

The 22 cards of the Major Arcana represent some of the most powerful archetypes in tarot, reflecting major life events, personal transformation, spiritual lessons, challenges, opportunities, and turning points. In this six-hour course, we will explore each of the Major Arcana cards and the story they collectively tell through the “Fool’s Journey.” Participants will learn the traditional and intuitive meanings of cards such as The Fool, The Magician, The High Priestess, The Lovers, Death, The Tower, and The World, while examining the imagery, symbolism, and archetypes contained within each card. Through discussion and hands-on exercises, you will begin developing your own relationship with the cards and learn how to move beyond simply memorizing definitions. We will practice interpreting cards in different contexts, recognizing intuitive impressions, and putting individual cards together to create a coherent and meaningful reading. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid foundation in the Major Arcana and greater confidence using these cards for personal insight and readings for others.
