Appointment Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected events and emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge or refunded upon request.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or appointments missed without prior notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

If you notify me at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule your appointment for another available date and time without penalty.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so as not to delay appointments for other clients. If your arrival is significantly delayed, the session may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Emergencies

I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will make every effort to accommodate you fairly.
