About the event
Caring for a loved one at the end of life is not only a physical and emotional journey—it can also be a profoundly spiritual one. This workshop explores the spiritual dimensions of caregiving and how caregivers can bring greater meaning, compassion, and purpose to the care they provide.
Participants will examine dying as a significant spiritual experience for both the person who is dying and the caregiver, and why this perspective can bring comfort, resilience, and peace during one of life's most challenging transitions.
The workshop also explores research and insights on life after death, including the pioneering work of Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and her colleague, Dr. Raymond Moody, along with more recent studies and accounts that have shaped our understanding of near-death experiences and the possibility of consciousness beyond physical death. Participants are invited to explore these topics with an open mind in a respectful, thoughtful, and non-denominational setting.
